Associate Urban Designer to support seniors and PMs in day-to-day technical and design exercise in a designated project.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in developing urban design concepts, masterplans, and detailed layouts.
- Contribute to the production of design drawings, diagrams, and presentation materials.
- Conduct site analysis, research, and benchmarking to inform design proposals.
- Assist in preparing reports, design briefs, and technical documents.
- Participate in design workshops, reviews, and meetings as needed.
- Manage time and tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Degree in Urban Design, Architecture
- Master degree in Urban Design, City Planning or Landscape is an advantage
- 0–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong design and graphic communication skills.
- Overseas experience is added value
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- QGIS
- Rhino (Grasshopper is a plus)
- Lumion and/or Enscape
- AI visualization
