Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify and address client needs, offering a comprehensive range of banking and wealth management products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences and ensure client satisfaction
- Actively participate in client events and networking activities to expand the client base and strengthen the bank's presence in the local community
- Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
Requirements
- Have experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the banking or wealth management industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with high-net-worth clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions
- Proficient in the use of relevant banking and wealth management software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization
