Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent clients by providing customized wealth management and financial planning solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to understand client needs and recommend suitable investment, insurance, and treasury products.
- Acquire new-to-bank clients and expand existing relationships through proactive networking and referrals.
- Adhere to regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and internal risk management policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or relationship management within consumer banking.
- Possess relevant regulatory certifications required for financial advisory.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and wealth management products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities.
