Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs.
Documentation:
Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all projects.
Analysis:
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Solution Design:
Work with IT and development teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
Create process models, data flow diagrams, and other visual aids to support solution design.
Testing:
Assist in the development of test plans and test cases.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Facilitate communication and ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Project Support:
Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Assist in training and documentation for end-users.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure that all business analysis activities comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (D3/S1).
Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, Trello, Figma).
Knowledge of project management principles.
