This position would serve as a foundational role to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to advance into the Technical Service Manager position.

Primary responsibilities will include:
Field Support Assistance
- Monitoring chick deliveries and their first days of life on customer farms under supervision.
- Support in addressing basic technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior technical managers/team leads.
- Liaison for urgent technical issues linking with the assigned senior/technical manager.
Technical Learning And Documentation
- Learn technical best practices by shadowing senior team members during farm visits and regional trips.
- Helped translate and review technical materials under guidance.
Customer Relationship Development
- Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and providing basic support.
- Participate in developing customer feedback reports and technical visit summaries.
Seminars And Events Participation
- Assist in the organization of technical seminars, trade shows, and workshops.
- Attend industry events to gain exposure to market trends and build industry knowledge.
Market Intelligence Gathering
- Collect and report local market data, including challenges and emerging trends.
Training And Development
- Participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop technical expertise.
- Engage with internal technical experts and industry professionals to expand knowledge.
Specific Experience
- A Graduate Agricultural / Rural degree in poultry or animal science is a prerequisite.
- Good knowledge of market conditions of the poultry industry.
- Understanding of poultry technology and current best management practices in breeder and broiler production.
- Computer skills, including spreadsheets, use of computer database/ CRM, formal report writing, presentation, creative design, and economic modeling.
- Production data analysis and support of Aviagen business goals.

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in poultry livestock operations management (breeders, hatchery & broilers).
- Preferential:- Experience leading a team -Experience with financial analysis / economic modelling
