What You'll Do :

  • Responsible for engaging with recruiters to support and complement sourcing efforts for hiring across a variety of positions
  • Identify candidate profiles against defined requirements for an open requisition or a proactive talent pipeline for future needs, with direction from recruiters.
  • Research, source, pre-screen, and document candidates against requirements.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing techniques and tools including CRM, social platforms, and Boolean search to develop slates of qualified candidates.
  • Create customized communications to prospective leads and convert into candidates using Abbott branding and messaging.
  • Share market intelligence data, trends, and talent landscape with recruiters to enable hiring managers to make more informed decisions.
  • Support the hiring process such as interviews arrangements, reference checks, onboarding to provide a good candidate experience.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years agency or in-house recruitment experience, focused on talent sourcing in a high volume environment
  • Candidates with prior experience in healthcare industry advantageous
  • Familiarity with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
  • Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across different offices.
  • Ability to contribute in a dynamic work environment and with strong organization and prioritization skills

Note : This position is a 1 year contract opportunity (via 3rd party payroll) , opportunity for renewal based on performance.
