This role provides daily operational support to Randstad recruiters and sales associates related to time and expense capture with a high sense of urgency. This critical role requires coordination with field partners to ensure timely processing of talent
The success of the role will be driven by:
. Clarity of work and training provided to the offshore team
. Quality and timeliness of feedback especially during ramp-up
. Regular review of the effort and outcomes between onshore and offshore teams
. In addition to training, job aids to assist offshore team
. Timeliness and accuracy of data provided in the prepped recon.
The inclusion of the offshore team in daily huddles and regular communication
Key Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for total administrative processes for talent and clients related to time capture:
Run daily and weekly time audit reports to ensure all expected talent hours are received.
Responsible for processing received timecards via email or other time entry tools accurately to pay talent and bill clients. This includes entering time in RFO and closing Peoplenet and WTE clocks.
Perform daily time entry validations to ensure accuracy of time entry for manual timecards.
Handling of payroll errors
Pursue missing timecards and approvals daily to ensure all talent time is accounted for and approved and documenting efforts for field visibility.
Adhere to payroll schedules to ensure on cycle payroll for all talent timecards (paid and billed by Friday).
Performs all activities necessary to load time files into staging tables for payroll process for identified tools and/or platforms
Data entry or manual input to time entry systems
Completes post processing audits and completes adjustments as required
Documents and updates procedures for optimal team performance
Work with clients, branches and talent to improve timely submissions of timecards and approvals by ensuring talent fully on boarded and on assignment
Prepare customer and process level reporting to support management evaluation of team health.
May train less experienced team members and direct their daily work.
Review existing processes and recommend improvements to the same
Support compliance and control protocol as defined by organization key control framework
Other duties as assigned
Build Relationships with talent, clients, and internal departments is critical to the success of this role. The candidate should be able to handle conflict and demonstrate empathy for talent and a passion for Randstad's business.
Identify Opportunities to Improve:Help identify improvements for both process and operational performance for the Business Services organization and Randstad overall. Streamline time processing to ensure timeliness of pay and bill.

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
. Bachelor's degree
. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or any other related experience
. Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
. Basic excel and reporting
