What You'll Do
Monitor real-time trends, social media dynamics, and user preferences in Indonesia, with a particular focus on the travel industry
Conduct social media monitoring, competitor analysis, and insights evaluation to identify best practices and translate it into actionable content plans
Develop daily social media briefs, content visual plans, and scheduling across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with the target audience and market objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and produce engaging daily content
Manage social media engagement by responding to customer queries, escalating issues to internal teams, and contributing to effective problem resolution
Assist the development and maintenance of relationships with micro and macro KOLs/content creators, including managing project-related administrative tasks such as contracts and legal documentation
Develop blog content relevant to travel trends, leveraging insights from seasonal patterns and market behavior in Indonesia
What You'll Need
1+ year of solid experience in KOL marketing, community management, or social media marketing and related fields
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
Proficient understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
In-depth knowledge of the social media influencers landscape in Indonesia
Experience in producing branded content for social media that delivers measurable results
Well-developed interpersonal and relationship management skills
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required
Basic knowledge of photo and video editing skills are advantageous
