RSM Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate and Senior Associate to join our Accounting Advisory team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in due diligence and auditing who are eager to support clients in making informed investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial due diligence for M&A transactions, including risk assessment and financial statement analysis.
- Perform business valuations and support deal structuring for clients.
- Assess financial and operational risks in target companies and provide strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with audit and tax teams to provide comprehensive transaction advisory services.
- Stay updated on M&A market trends, regulations, and industry insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Having 1 year of experience in financial due diligence, auditing, or M&A advisory (for senior associate), fresh graduates are welcome for associate.
- Experience in a consulting firm is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK), and corporate finance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
