Associate Security Engineer

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day to day operational support for security devices
• Prepare and provide periodic daily report, weekly report, and monthly report
• Monitor the availability, utilization, and security features
• Manage and maintain on security devices (including keeping the technology up-to-date)
• Responsible for first incident response and handling
• Follow-up the request relevant to the IT security technologies in change management process
• Initial analysis for identification incident (collecting data and logs)
• Initial resolution incident, escalate to next level if incident not resolved
• Provide technical documentation (Standard Operation Procedure, Method of Procedure, User
• Guide, Incident Report, etc

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Understanding of SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)
• Basic to intermediate programming skills
• Understanding of database fundamentals (SQL / queries)
• SIEM certification is preferred
