  • Strategy & Planning
  • Design and refine the overall customer rewards and incentives framework (e.g., coupons, cashback, points).
  • Define the strategy for different customer segmentsnew users, returning users, high-value customers.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for each initiative (e.g., CPA, ROI, redemption rate, incremental revenue).
  • Revenue Management
  • Ensure all promotions and incentives deliver strong ROI while aligning with profitability targets.
  • Analyze elasticity and user behavior to determine optimal incentive structures and thresholds.
  • Support the monetization of reward systems through partnerships, upsells, or cross-sells.
  • Execution & Optimization
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize performance-based campaigns involving coupons, promo codes, and cashback offers.
  • Develop and iterate loyalty or points-based systems to increase user engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to embed rewards into the user journey effectively.
  • Analytics & Experimentation
  • Build financial models and perform A/B testing to understand effectiveness of different reward types.
  • Analyze cohort behavior to understand how incentives impact LTV, churn, and repeat usage.
  • Monitor fraud or abuse in incentive programs and implement prevention mechanisms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to test, measure, and scale successful reward mechanisms.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting to align cashback and rewards operations with financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure programs are risk-proof and user-friendly.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Product Marketing, or Loyalty Strategy (ideally in tech, fintech, or consumer platforms).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret financial models.
  • Deep understanding of incentive mechanics (e.g., discounting, cashback, rewards systems) and their impact on customer behavior and P&L.
  • Proven experience running campaigns involving coupons, cashback, or loyalty points at scale.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or similar analytics tools is a strong plus.
