Job Purpose :
The Associate Recruiter (3 months contract) will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Sales & Commercial roles, ensuring fast turnaround, high candidate quality, and strong stakeholder experience. This role requires a high-energy recruiter with excellent analytical thinking, interviewing capability, and English communication skills, capable of operating in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Sales roles (e.g. Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Presales).
- Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Screen and interview candidates using structured, competency-based interview techniques.
- Assess candidates on sales capability, commercial mindset, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy in recruitment execution within tight timelines.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Sales Leaders to understand hiring needs and urgency.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on candidate suitability, salary alignment, and market insights.
- Maintain clear, professional, and responsive communication throughout the hiring process.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-hire, conversion ratios, and candidate quality.
- Prepare simple analytical insights to support hiring decisions and prioritization.
- Ensure recruitment data is accurately maintained in the ATS.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience, especially for high-impact sales talent.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador during all candidate interactions.
Requirements :
Experience & Background
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Recruiter, with strong exposure to Sales / Commercial hiring escpecially in all around Indonesia (Sumatera, Java, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Papua).
- Proven experience handling high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environments.
- Experience working in contract, agency, or in-house recruitment is acceptable.
