Associate Product Manager

About the Role:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact solutions for our products and users.
• Drive product development end-to-end, from ideation and defining product requirements to development, testing, launch, and ongoing product maintenance.
• Translate insights from data analysis, user research, and stakeholder feedback into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Define and monitor key product metrics to measure product performance, identify issues, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Support product development and testing to ensure features and updates meet user and business needs.
• Drive data-informed decision-making by evaluating different options, trade-offs, and potential outcomes.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact and user needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Design, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Risk, and other relevant teams.
• Support direct reports and coach team members to help achieve team objectives.

About You:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in product development; knowledge or experience in Product Management is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A self-starter with high motivation, strong ownership, and a strong drive to get things done.
• Fast learner who is comfortable independently learning new skills and adapting to new challenges.
• Comfortable working in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with Engineering teams.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and participating in technical brainstorming and discussions.
• Knowledge of SQL/Query is a plus.
• Strong interest in building products that solve real user problems and deliver measurable business impact.
