We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented
Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the development and delivery of innovative, scalable digital solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teamsincluding Engineering, Design, and QAto define product requirements, support project execution, and help deliver impactful features that align with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and refining user and business requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, testing, and delivery.
- Contribute to feature prioritization and product roadmap discussions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future improvements.
- Ensure product features align with the overall product strategy and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Metabase).
- Exposure to AI based product.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- English proficiency is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.
- Industry experience in Insurance, Finance, or E-commerce is preferred.
