Job Description

LFN is a multi-site coal hauling and trucking operator that delivers end-to-end transportation services for mining clients, from daily dispatch planning and fleet deployment through on-ground execution, safety compliance, and basic maintenance coordination to keep units running reliably. Our operations span several active hauling locations in South Kalimantan (Batulicin area) and are supported by a large-scale fleet of approximately 500 dump trucks with multiple variants (including SANY Electric Truck, Hino diesel, and SANY diesel) deployed based on site needs and operating conditions. Given the nature of hauling, LFN is a highly execution-driven business where value is created through consistent delivery of production targets, strong dispatch discipline, high equipment availability, and safe operations across shifts.
