Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for technology and corporate roles.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and talent roadmaps.
  • Build strong pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, campus programs, and market mapping.
  • Drive recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost, and candidate experience.
  • Implement best practices in interviewing, assessment, and selection.
  • Manage vendors, job boards, and hiring platforms within defined budgets.
  • Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Head of TA.

HR Business Partnering


  • Act as a people advisor to business leaders on organizational needs and workforce strategy.
  • Support performance management, engagement, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Partner on succession planning and critical role readiness.
  • Drive change management and culture initiatives within assigned business units.
  • Handle employee relations matters in line with policy and local labor laws.
  • Use people data and insights to influence business decisions.

Person Specification


  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field; a professional HR qualification is an advantage.
  • 45 years of progressive HR experience with strong HR generalist exposure covering Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and core HR operations.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate in a generalist HR role with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • Working knowledge of Indonesia labor law and local HR practices.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, scaling environment, particularly within IT/technology hiring.
  • Strong understanding of tech roles, hiring markets, and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with recruitment and people metrics.
  • Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and delivery-focused.
