Associate Lawyer

Synergy Pro is looking for an experienced and client-oriented Senior Associate Lawyer to join our growing legal team.

This role will be responsible for handling legal matters, providing legal advice to local and international clients, and supporting corporate and commercial legal requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and manage corporate and commercial legal matters for local and international clients
• Provide practical legal advice and guidance to clients regarding legal procedures and requirements
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions when required
• Assist with corporate matters, including company establishment, restructuring, RUPS, corporate documents, and other corporate actions
• Coordinate with notaries, government authorities, and other third parties
• Manage client communication and provide regular updates on ongoing legal matters
• Monitor deadlines, legal processes, and ensure matters are followed up properly
• Handle multiple client matters independently while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Support and guide junior members of the legal team when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.)
• Completed PKPA and sworn in as an Advocate by PERADI
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm, legal consultancy, or corporate legal environment
• Strong experience in corporate and commercial law
• Experience handling PMA / foreign clients is highly preferred
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Confident in communicating and dealing directly with clients
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
• Able to work independently, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and commercially minded
• Strong professional communication and problem-solving skills
