Qualifications – Associate Lawyer (Corporate)
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial legal practice (law firm experience preferred)
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, particularly in corporate structuring, transactions, and regulatory matters
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and transaction documents
- Familiarity with Indonesian corporate law, investment regulations, and general commercial practice, with exposure to cross-border transactions being an advantage
- Ability to manage transactions and coordinate with clients, counterparties, and other advisors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Law (SH); LLM is an advantage
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus
