What we are looking to hire:
We are seeking a highly driven Associate Director – Sales with strong experience in hospitality technology, travel tech, digital marketing solutions, or similar industries catering to hotels and travel businesses. This is a core hunting role focused on acquiring new business, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the APAC hospitality market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling solutions to hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups through consultative and outbound sales approaches
Primary Responsibilities-
- Identify, target, and acquire new hospitality business opportunities across hotels, resorts, villas, and hospitality groups in Indonesian Market
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans to generate qualified pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Revenue Heads, Marketing teams, and commercial stakeholders.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client pain points and position relevant hospitality technology and digital marketing solutions
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Drive market penetration by opening new logos and expanding presence within the hospitality ecosystem.
- Partner with marketing and customer success teams to support lead generation campaigns and ensure smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and opportunity tracking through CRM platforms.
- Stay updated on hospitality industry trends, travel technology landscape, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility and business opportunities.
Knowledge-
- Strong understanding of hospitality technology, travel tech, or digital marketing solutions catering to hotels and travel businesses
- Proven experience in hunting-driven B2B sales and acquiring new hospitality accounts.
- Good understanding of hotel commercial functions including revenue management, distribution, and guest acquisition.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a target-driven environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and consultative selling capabilities with hospitality decision-makers.
Skills
- 10-13 years of experience in hospitality tech, travel tech, or digital marketing sales catering to hotels and hospitality businesses.
- Strong hunting and outbound sales skills with proven expertise in new business acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior hospitality stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
