What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to automate development, testing, and software deployment processes.
• Infrastructure Automation: Use tools such as Terraform or Ansible to automate infrastructure configuration and management.
• Security Testing: Conduct code quality checks and security testing within CI/CD pipelines to identify and mitigate risks from an early stage.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, system administration, and operations teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Process Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational quality.
• Documentation: Prepare documentation for processes, tools, and configurations used to ensure proper understanding and maintainability by the team.

What Is Required and What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the information technology industry, with a focus on IT management, solution design, delivery, and architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred, especially in managerial or leadership roles related to branch operational management, including marketing, financing, customer service, and risk management.
• Experience in branch operational management, including marketing, financing, customer service, and risk management.
• Experience in understanding Public Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS, AliCloud) on PaaS and Cloud Services.
• Expertise in Data and Analytics, Application Security, Mobile, Microservices, and Web API.
• Experience handling large-scale, complex projects and cross-functional problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, financial regulations, and compliance policies.
• Knowledge of API-based system architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design, and integration.
• Understanding of API management (preferably with experience using Apigee, Axway).
• Experience in building a modern software engineering team using Agile methodology.
• Experience serving as a Team Leader, Solution Architect, Cloud Architect, or Engineering Manager.
