Associate Creative Director

Company Description We are the only Singaporean agency with a micro-network in the region. We have an offices and teams in Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Manila, and Kuala Lumpur. We built them from scratch, without any sugar daddy's money. We have over 200 hungry employees including 2 dogs 4 cats and many visiting pets from our staff.

Role Description This is a full-time Associate Creative Director role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. You'll function as the de-facto creative lead for the agency, making sure all output passes the high bar that you've set. You'll get to work in regional teams, lending your expertise to our various offices.

Qualifications

• Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills, with experience leading campaigns from concept to execution.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring creative teams, balancing guidance with autonomy.
• Track record of developing social and digital-first campaigns, ideally within agencies or similar creative environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate creative rationale to internal teams and clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting, prioritizing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian is a must.
