About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Associate Art Director to bring our brand ideas to life through strong visual concepts and compelling storytelling.

In this role, you will lead the visual direction of campaigns across digital and offline channels from campaign concepts and key visuals to content adaptations and production execution. You will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to ensure every creative output feels consistent, elevated, and aligned with the brand.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong design and art direction background who has a sharp eye for aesthetics, understands beauty trends, and can translate strategy into impactful visuals.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Design, or within a creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, key visuals, and multi-channel design work.
  • Experience in beauty or personal care industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of visual identity, layout, typography, and design principles.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Able to turn strategy and ideas into visually compelling creative executions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple creative projects.

What You Will Do

  • Develop creative concepts, key visuals, and visual storytelling directions based on strategic and campaign briefs.
  • Create campaign visual territories, moodboards, and design approaches for brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and execute creative development across multiple channels, including: Social media content, Digital ads, E-commerce assets, Packaging, POSM (Point of Sales Materials), and Other online and offline marketing materials
  • Oversee the production and execution of visual assets to ensure high creative quality and timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong consistency of brand visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Develop creative adaptations and visual variations for different platforms, audiences, and campaign needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Strategic Planner, Brand team, and other stakeholders to ensure creative outputs align with campaign objectives.
  • Provide art direction during content production, photoshoots, and visual development when needed.
  • Review and refine creative assets to maintain strong visual standards and attention to detail.
  • Stay updated with design, beauty, fashion, and cultural trends to keep the brand visually relevant and competitive.
  • Support brainstorming and creative ideation sessions for campaigns and launches.
