About the Role
The Associate Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end daily operations of Mitra Bukalapak's Virtual Products, ensuring smooth and reliable transaction performance across products and partners. The role will manage operational issues and escalations, coordinate cross-functional and partner resolution, and drive improvements in service quality, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. This role will also support new product launches, partner integrations, business expansion initiatives, and provide operational insights and recommendations to management.
Responsibility
- Monitoring product and transaction performance across partners and SKUs
- Managing operational incidents, escalations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Coordinating issue resolution with Product, Engineering, Customer Service, Partnership, Finance, and external partners
- Managing partner and SKU allocation, product availability, deposit sufficiency, and operational readiness
- Driving improvements in transaction reliability, service quality, refund processes, and operational efficiency
- Supporting new product launches, partner integrations, and business expansion initiatives
- Preparing regular operational performance reports and recommendations for management
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business operations, category management, partnerships, commercial strategy, or related roles within technology, e-commerce, fintech, or telecommunications industries.
- Strong analytical and operational thinking, with experience monitoring transaction performance, identifying operational gaps, and driving performance improvements.
- Experience in incident and issue management, including root-cause analysis, escalation handling, and corrective action planning.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Customer Service, Partnership, Finance, and external partners.
- Experience in managing product and partner operations, including product availability, allocation, operational readiness, and service reliability.
- Strong project execution skills, with experience supporting product launches, partner integrations, and business expansion initiatives.
