Who We're Looking For

• Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including experience leading a team or managing direct reports.
• Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Have a basic understanding of Assessment Center methodology.
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.
• Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset, adaptability, and agility.
