Role Description

This full-time remote role as an Associate Agency Builder involves developing and managing client relationships, recruiting and mentoring insurance agents, and implementing strategies to build and expand the agency network. Your career will start as an agent/financial planner. Responsibilities include providing guidance on insurance products, supporting agent training, and fostering a team-oriented environment to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
Keen understanding of the insurance industry and ability to tailor solutions to client needs
Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring capabilities
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment
Proficiency in digital tools commonly used in remote work and client management
