Your main duty in flying with us
- Manage a portfolio of B2B/affiliate partners integrated via our hotel inventory API, acting as their main point of contact for day-to-day needs
- Monitor partner performance (booking volume, conversion, NBV, API call success rates) and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with partners technical teams to troubleshoot API integration issues
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with partners to share performance insights and growth plans
- Work with internal supply/contracting teams to improve hotel content, rates, and availability for underperforming markets requested by partners
- Track and report on partner-level growth, escalating churn risks or dissatisfaction early
- Act as the voice of the partner internally — feeding back API documentation gaps, feature requests, and integration pain points to product/tech
- Support onboarding of new affiliate partners in coordination with the integration/technical team, ensuring smooth go-live
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development — ideally within travel tech, OTA, bed bank, GDS, or API-driven B2B environments
- Strong understanding of API-based business models (you don't need to code, but should be comfortable discussing endpoints, response codes, XML/JSON payloads, and integration flows with technical counterparts)
- Proven track record of managing commercial relationships
- Strong data analytical skills — able to independently pull, interpret, and act on booking/performance data (conversion rates, NBV, API success rates) to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity — e.g., using AI for data analysis or summarizing performance insights
- Experience with hotel inventory, rates, or channel management systems is a strong plus
