Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuta Untara for an Assistant Bar Manager. The Assistant Bar Manager will support daily bar operations, manage and train staff, oversee customer service standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising food and beverage service, monitoring inventory, assisting in staff scheduling, and implementing sales-driven initiatives. Collaboration is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping achieve business objectives.

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry and knowledge of related operations
• Ability to train team members and provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in Sales techniques aimed at improving revenue
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Leadership capabilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a similar environment is preferred

This position is based in Bali and requires candidates who are legally eligible to work in Indonesia and currently domiciled in Bali.
