About the Role
The Merchandising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies that align with our brand identity and drive sales performance across our retail locations.
Responsibilities
- Merchandising Layout Design: Develop store merchandising layouts tailored to monthly cycles, new product launches and major promotional campaigns; oversee on‑site execution to maintain consistent brand identity.
- Merchandising Implementation: Formulate and execute merchandising plans to optimize product presentation, boost foot traffic and conversion rate, and drive sales performance.
- Merchandising Fixture & Electronic Price Tag Management: Manage PSI for merchandising fixtures, and oversee content layout for electronic price tags.
- Themed Merchandising Planning: Collaborate with headquarters and regional/country marketing teams to plan and deliver themed in‑store merchandising for promotional events.
- Post‑implementation Review: Monitor and analyze real‑world execution results of merchandising initiatives, and propose improvement recommendations and actionable solutions.
- Capability Enablement: Train and coach area and store staff to ensure full compliance with merchandising standards.
- Store Audit & Spot Check: Conduct monthly on‑site merchandising audits and random spot checks across retail stores.
- New Store Merchandising Roll‑out: Execute and deliver complete merchandising setup for newly‑opened stores.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations.
