The
Asisstant Urban Designer will support the design and planning of urban development projects, including master plans, public spaces, and community design initiatives. This role combines creative and technical skills to help produce high-quality urban design concepts, visual materials, and reports that align with project objectives, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing urban design concepts, master plans, and spatial layouts for various scales of projects.
- Prepare graphics, diagrams, 3D models, and visualizations to communicate design intent effectively.
- Support senior team members in conducting site analysis, contextual research, and case studies.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and design documentation for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with architects, planners, landscape architects, and engineers in interdisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure design outputs are consistent with urban design guidelines, planning regulations, and sustainability objectives.
- Participate in community engagement activities and design workshops as needed.
- Stay informed about current urban design trends, best practices, and relevant technologies.
