Training Project Design & Course Development Needs Assessment & Design: Assist in assessing business training needs and designing comprehensive programs aligned with new retail standards and strategic goals. Innovative Content Creation: Responsible for gamifying course content (e.g., mission-based designs, leaderboard systems), producing One-Pager job aids, and creating short-video micro-lessons. Iteration & Localization: Conduct agile updates to existing courses to ensure staff stay current with sales and operations, and manage the localization of training materials.
Training Implementation Delivery: Facilitate offline and online sessions covering Orientation, Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and Store Operational Standards, etc. Logistics Coordination: Oversee daily training administration, including trainer pool management, scheduling, venue setup, and resource allocation.
Training Audit & Tool Creation Methodology Innovation: Design and apply creative assessment tools, such as Role-play simulations, Mystery Shopper checklists, interactive online quizzes, etc. Evaluation: Utilize evaluation models to assess training effectiveness through field observations and performance metrics analysis.
Training Management & Feedback Reporting Record Keeping: Maintain the Training Management data to ensure accurate tracking of attendance, assessments, and development progress. Analytical Reporting: Prepare customized reports and provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of training experience in New Retail, FMCG, or chain-store industries.
Strong visual presentation skills; proficient in content tools such as PR, Canva, and PowerPoint.
Creative mindset with the ability to transform complex SOPs into engaging interactive games or videos.
Excellent communication and execution skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
