Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on daily operational issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Translate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into required languages and support superiors in managing the SOP implementation process.
  • Communicate and implement internal management policies, requests, and strategic plans to ensure proper execution.
  • Oversee the daily implementation of verification processes, manage operational and system constraints, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and support the execution of various operational projects on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Chinese Studies, Translation, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Basic understanding of the Finance or Banking industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
