Assistant Tax Manager

About the Company - RSM Indonesia is looking for a Tax Assistant Manager to join our growing team of experts.

About the Role - Provide comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services to clients, Manage and review client deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness. Assist in structuring complex transactions and providing strategic tax advice. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Supervise and develop junior team members. Collaborate across service lines within RSM to deliver holistic solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services to clients
• Manage and review client deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Assist in structuring complex transactions and providing strategic tax advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise and develop junior team members
• Collaborate across service lines within RSM to deliver holistic solutions

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, including at least 2–3 years in consulting.

Required Skills:

• Brevet A & B certification preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Mandarin speaker is an advantage
