Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, Economics, or Management
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a supervisory role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Finance & Tax Software (ERP such as Oracle, SAP, Coretax, PJAP)
Strong understanding of Tax Compliance, Financial Analysis, Audit Management, and Tax Planning
Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and developing team members
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Able to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation to create more effective and efficient business operations
Strong change management capability in implementing improvements, enhancing work systems, and delivering added value to the company
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise tax calculation reconciliation and tax recording in accordance with company policies and applicable tax regulations
Review financial transaction records related to taxation before submission to the Operational Accounting Division
Prepare and ensure the accuracy of tax reports for internal and external purposes in compliance with applicable tax regulations
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the company's tax obligations and rights
Provide guidance, coaching, and supervision to tax staff and team members
Coordinate tax audit processes with tax authorities, including company bookkeeping reviews until the issuance of SKP
Follow up and maintain regular coordination with tax service offices
Ensure the implementation of the latest tax regulations and disseminate relevant information to all business units at Head Office and Branch Offices
Provide tax advisory support for tax-related issues faced by all business units in Head Office and Branch Offices in accordance with applicable regulations
Build strong coordination with related parties to achieve Tax Division targets
