Manage the Talent Acquisition team and ensure alignment with company objectives and values.
Handle recruitment activities for managerial level and strategic roles.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify and define technical hiring needs aligned with business and growth priorities.
Assist in refining candidate profiles and interview frameworks for high-impact hiring.
Contribute to workforce planning discussions to anticipate future talent needs.
Actively contribute to employer branding strategy, including planning and executing branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.
Drive and support recruitment-related projects (e.g. hiring process improvement, ATS optimization, talent pipeline development).
Provide insights and recommendations based on hiring data, market trends, and recruitment performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management is preferable
A minimum of 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition field, previous work experience in Tech Company is a plus
In-depth knowledge in talent acquisition
Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Deep understanding of HR business process and attention to details
Possess excellent analytical thinking, communication skills in managing stakeholders, leadership & management skills in managing the team, problem solving skills in meeting the targets
Possess good attitude to connect with others, independency to complete task, and high initiative to take action
Self-driven individual with high ownership and a sense of accomplishment
