Understand customer's environment and challenge, then dig and collect technical requirement through communication with customer
Prepare a design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations and perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework
To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using CMI position and other managed services propositions
To oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customer until the projects delivered.
Serve as single point of contact for customers, sales team and customers on service delivery issues to ensure timely delivery
Regularly keep sales team aware of product updates, vice versa keep product team / network team aware of trends of technical requirement in the market
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering related subjects
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT/Telecom market
Hands-on knowledge and experiences in ICT solutions projects
Familiar with Indonesian local policies and ICT industry standards
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Indonesian (at least two of these must be usable as working languages)
International Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate headquarters R&D with the local Indonesian delivery team
