About the job Assistant Semarang (Mandarin Speaker)

Translate all necessary materials including reports, verbal communication, and meetings.
Responsible for assets in GW and determine the needs of daily workers and according to efficiency targets
Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of mandatory package delivery data.
Conduct SOP training for gateway teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Support in maintaining training materials and updating SOPs as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow and operational standards

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelors degree
Candidate MUST be capable ini MANDARIN languages, conversation, reading & writing
Eager to learn and grow as a professional in the logistic industry
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Self-driven, motivated, high integrity & responsibility
Have good communication skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
