What you'll do:
- Support daily security operations across the Hotel, Night Club, and Beach Club, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours and events
- Supervise and guide the Safety & Security team in enforcing security protocols, crowd control, guest flow, and access management
- Monitor security systems, conduct risk assessments, safety audits, emergency drills, and investigate incidents with accurate reporting
- Support the development of emergency response plans while coordinating with local authorities and community stakeholders
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Degree in Law, Management, Military Academy, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in safety and security management within a high-capacity hospitality, entertainment, or leisure establishment
- Experience managing multi-outlet security operations across hotels, nightclubs, beach clubs, or large-scale events
- Gada Pratama Certification is mandatory, with strong knowledge of crowd management, surveillance systems, incident response, crisis management, and emergency procedures
