Job Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for forming strategy and designing initiatives for Shopee Singapore seller programs
  • Drive adoption of seller programs through optimisation on program design and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive seller programs related initiatives and work cross-functionally to implement changes that improve program performance
  • Develop and maintain program reports, analyse data, and provide insights to management on program performance
  • Act as the internal point of contact for seller programs and systematically address issues to ensure smooth program operations
  • Lead and mentor junior team members in building program management and analytical skill sets
  • Support company key initiatives and new monetisation projects

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in program management, commercial planning, or P&L experience is required
  • Experience in e-commerce and consulting industry will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record of excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Innovative problem-solving skills with ability to analyse problems and implement concrete solutions
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required)
  • Leadership/ team management skill will be a plus
  • Knowledge of and experience with SQL will be a plus
