About The Job
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day rhythm of restaurant operations and help create thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. This is an assistant management role, reporting to the Restaurant Manager, at the intersection of service excellence, operational discipline, team development and guest experience.
A major part of the role is leading the floor from the first table seated to the final close-out. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will guide the team through each service, uphold the standards behind every guest interaction and support the special events, activations and seasonal moments that bring the Desa's dining experience to life.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver consistent service, operational excellence, and a strong guest-focused culture
- Drive operational performance through effective planning, shift leadership, and collaboration across departments
- Support special events, activations, and seasonal initiatives while maintaining health, safety, and sustainability standards
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality within a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in beach club, lifestyle hospitality, food & beverage, or guest experience operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills
- Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
