The candidate will be responsible for support Relationship Manager in acquiring and managing borrowers and lenders, coordinating the financing process from document collection to disbursement, and maintaining client service and relationships to ensure smooth loan operations.

- Build strategic partnerships across industries and source leads for financing solutions
- Understand company and partner products to deliver tailored proposals and presentations
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners and customers
- Identify opportunities for new products, services, and value-added solutions
- Handle onboarding, daily transaction monitoring, and cross-selling
- Manage follow-ups, verifications, and signing of borrowers/partnerships
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- 1-2 year's experience in SME financing and/or B2B sales
- Knowledge in sales management, credit, and records management industry
