Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the project manager in action monitoring (daily & monthly), synchronizing goals, strategy plans, and internal documentation monitoring.
  • Assisting the project manager in project documentation (Pre, prime, & post projects).
  • Assisting the project manager in ensuring and synchronizing with QA (creating quantification reports and summarizing all projects).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of project management principles & methodologies
  • Familiarity with tools and techniques for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Attention to detail in documenting project activities or tracking progress.
  • Familiarity with QA processes and the ability to work closely with QA teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Capability to create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and project-related files.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Office Location : Sawangan, Depok, Jawa Barat.
