Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Primary responsibilities include scheduling and expediting tasks, inspecting deliverables, coordinating logistics, and providing support to the project management team to achieve project goals effectively. This role requires proactive communication with different stakeholders and meticulous attention to detail to manage various project aspects seamlessly.

Furthermore, helping the project manager to make sure all executors finish up all of their tasks and achieve/reach their objective.

Qualifications

• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting tasks to ensure timely progression and delivery.
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Expertise in Logistics Management to streamline processes and coordinate supply chain operations effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
• Content creation, writing stories
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage, Education, or Wellness industries is a plus.
