What You Will Experience:

  • Support the Product Manager in the definition and execution of the product strategy for paper-based products solutions and bridging to Mill's production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse market intelligence, identify customer needs and develop new product concepts
  • Coordinating with production team and the customers to do troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently to minimize disruption.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered according to the planned schedule.
  • Monitor product performance and competition, and provide recommendations for product improvements and innovations
  • Support the commercialisation of new products, including pricing, costing, positioning, marketing content and launch activities
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of product catalogues, technical documentation and other commercial materials
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed

What is Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in in Engineering, preferably a relevant technical discipline.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the paper and/or manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive experience in techincal sales but deep understanding on production, cost, and market analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of paper-based materials and manufacturing/production processes.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and experience with product lifecycle management tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and collaborative work style.
  • Willing to work in Mojokerto, East Java.
