Role Description Set sail on a new career with Carnival, and help us bring the FUN to life aboard one of our fantastic vessels. We're looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Assistant Patissier, with opportunities to sail in U.S. waters and beyond.

You'll be working closely with the Pastry Chef and pastry team to bring delicious desserts to life supporting daily pastry production, preparing and presenting pastries and baked goods to company standards, and ensuring everything is handled with top-notch hygiene in line with USPH and HACCP guidelines. From mise en place to portion control, operating pastry equipment safely, managing ingredients with proper FIFO procedures, and keeping the pastry area clean and organized, you'll play a hands-on role in making sure every sweet treat looks great, tastes amazing, and is consistently delivered at its best. 

Qualifications

• Conversational English proficiency with a hospitable, positive, and motivated attitude
• Ability to follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices
• Minimum 2 year of experience in mass producing cakes, cookies, desserts, and pastries, preferably in a min 4-star hotel, resort, or cruise ship
