Maison Madeleines is a French pastry shop located in Kuta Selatan that combines traditional French pastry with a contemporary Balinese touch. We use local and sustainable ingredients in all of our madeleines to ensure a commitment to excellence and craftsmanship.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef at Maison Madeleines in Kuta Selatan. The Assistant Pastry Chef will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with baking, food preparation, cooking, and culinary skills.


  • Bakery and Baking skills
  • Food Preparation and Cooking skills
  • Culinary skills
  • Experience working in a pastry shop or bakery
  • Ability to follow recipes and instruction
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness in the workplace
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Formal training from a culinary school is a plus
