About the Role
You will work as a Assistant Outbound Manager where you will be responsible for managing the goods distribution process to ensure that each item to be sent has the correct quantity and documentation.
Responsibility :
- Dividing the team's work to ensure the distribution process of goods to be sent goes according to plan and is completed according to the target time.
- Monitor and evaluate the outgoing goods distribution process so that it runs well according to procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate outbound goods distribution activities including vehicles and shipping loads.
- Provide periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) related to activities in the Outbound department to be submitted to superiors as material for evaluating performance and improving department performance.
- Implement K3LL in the workplace and ensure that all risks in the area have been identified, documented and controlled.
- Foster and ensure that subordinate workers, including third parties, understand and comply with all applicable work safety regulations.
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree of all major.
- Min 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Minimum as Supervisor Outbound).
- Knowledge : Warehouse management system, Product knowledge, K3LL
- Placement : Cikande, Banten.
