This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operational (Mandarin Speaker) based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant Operational will handle daily operational tasks, oversee sales activities, manage projects effectively, and ensure efficient communication across departments. The role requires strong analytical skills to review performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the individual will assist in streamlining workflows and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

• Proficiency in Operational Management and Project Management to effectively oversee and execute daily workflows and projects.
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and implementing improvements.
• Excellent Communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English, for effective collaboration and internal/external interactions.
• Experience in Sales to support business development and client engagement efforts.
• Ability to work collaboratively, display problem-solving skills, and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the local market and prior experience in a similar role are advantageous.
