Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the VP's daily schedule, meetings, and task list to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate communication between the VP and key stakeholders
- Support the VP in creating and developing content for personal branding and business-related purposes.
- Create and edit simple content, including short-form videos, photos, and social media posts.
- Assist other creative tasks as needed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Female candidates with content creation and basic video editing skills are preferred. Experience as a Social Media Specialist is a plus.
- Experience in a creative or digital agency is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and attentive to detail.
- This Personal Assistant position is intended for Entry-Level or Junior candidates.
