Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving and creating localized marketing strategies for several Ismaya resto brands, maintaining relationships with local partners, malls, and communities, and supporting market expansion efforts outside Jabodetabek, including outlet opening preparations.

Localized Marketing Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities in different regions.
  • Develop, implement and monitor localized marketing plans tailored to the unique characteristics of each outer city market.
  • Collaborate with the brand marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies, and with operational team for execution at the outlet.

Market Expansion:

  • Champion the preparation and execution of new outlet openings in outer city locations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (brand marketing, operations, design, visual merchandiser, project team) to ensure smooth opening processes.
  • Collaborating with Brand Marketing, create an new store opening marketing plan. Secure inmall branding, out of home placements, and other commmunication channel to create awareness.

Partnership & Community Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners, including malls, event organizers, and community leaders.
  • Negotiate and manage local sponsorships, events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of localized marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or partnership, preferably with experience in F&B or retail industries.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior, and able to gather insights and data from regional market as a recommendation for brand marketing.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently to outer city locations (mandatory).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learner, able to adapt to dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
