Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing role to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving market intelligence, brand development, portfolio management, and new product commercialization for our specialty fats and oils business. The successful candidate will bridge technical expertise with customer insights to craft compelling value propositions, enable sales growth, and support the company's innovation pipeline across multiple application fields (e.g. bakery, confectionery, dairy alternatives).

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market mapping, trend tracking, competitor benchmarking, and customer interviews.
  • Monitor industry developments, technologies, and competitor pricing strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making, product positioning, and business development.

2. Brand Management & Communication

  • Maintain and enhance the corporate and product brand image.
  • Develop brand strategies that reflect the company's value proposition.
  • Manage digital and offline channels (e.g. website, exhibitions, seminars, events).

3. Content Creation & Marketing

  • Produce impactful content (articles, videos, presentations, brochures) for campaigns and customer education.
  • Manage social media presence and digital marketing activities to increase engagement.
  • Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, and other events.

4. New Market Development & Strategy

  • Support sales in exploring and entering new markets or segments.
  • Formulate market-entry strategies and define growth opportunities for specialty fats solutions.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships in target sectors.

5. Portfolio Strategy & Product Management

  • Define product lifecycle strategies (launch, sustain, phase-out).
  • Benchmark competitors and propose value-based pricing strategies.
  • Manage product positioning, sales strategies, and margin optimization.

6. New Product Commercialization

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and sales teams to ensure successful adoption and scaling.
  • Develop technical storytelling materials, translating product features into customer benefits.
  • Create sales enablement tools: product training decks, FAQs, usage guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in B2B food ingredients, specialty fats, or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in market research, competitive intelligence, and pricing.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and content creation tools (will be advantage).
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
